How did we get here?

Personal blogging is only the more eloquent instagram. It boosts egos, clutters the internet and serves little purpose else. So why, you might rightfully ask, does this blog even exist?

Because some ideas, when written down, can provoke, entertain and seriously enrich our lifes. To capture these ideas is the purpose of this blog. It is not about me as the author even though I will contribute my own perspective, knowledge and criticism. Every single post should stir something in the reader and bring something new into their world. Be it scientific, artsy, philosophical or just relevant news.

And in the long run, I hope that this experiment will attract other authors that want to contribute and share their stories here. We will see, where this journey leads.
